The Kansas Rainbow Listserv (kr-l) serves the entire state of Kansas and all who want to join in on a discussion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered.  It is a private listserv; only members of kr-l can post to the listserv.

We do not discriminate against heterosexuals, but we do ask that your contributions to the listserv promote educational and social issues within a positive, healthy and supportive environment.

Kr-l is now in its third year of existence.  So far, no one has been harrassed, because kr-l potential members are screened.  So, although you can be as anonymous as you like on kr-l, you will be screened by the listserv owner.  This has not yet been a problem with members.
